1. The seller

All products on this site are sold by Creative Embellishment, Mumbai, India. For GSTIN and company details, see the GST invoice included with your order.

2. Pricing and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST.
• We accept UPI, Debit/Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), net banking, popular wallets and Cash on Delivery (up to ₹10,000).
• In the unlikely event of a pricing error we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Order acceptance

An order is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation email. Until then it is treated as an offer and we may decline for reasons such as stock unavailability, failed address verification or suspected fraud. Any amount paid is refunded in full.

4. Handmade variance

Every piece is embroidered by hand. Small variations in colour, stitch density and tonal patina are an inherent part of the craft - not defects. We photograph products in natural daylight to represent them as accurately as possible.

5. Shipping, returns & cancellations

See our Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges pages. Orders can be cancelled at no cost before dispatch - reach us within 2 hours of placing the order.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site - product designs, photographs, text, logo and site code - belongs to Creative Embellishment. You may share pages on social media; commercial reuse requires written permission.

7. Account use

• Keep your password confidential and let us know immediately if you suspect misuse.
• Give accurate information when placing orders - a wrong address or phone can delay delivery.
• Don’t use the site to attempt automated scraping, fraud or anything unlawful.

8. Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
