Shipping across India
Every bag ships from our Mumbai studio. Orders placed before 2 PM IST on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.
Delivery timelines
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata): 3-5 working days
- Tier 2 cities and most state capitals: 5-7 working days
- Smaller towns and remote PIN codes: 7-10 working days
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹1,999
- ₹99 flat rate on orders below ₹1,999
- Cash on Delivery (COD) available on orders up to ₹10,000 - a small COD handling fee of ₹49 applies
Tracking your order
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link over SMS and email. You can also look up any order at any time from our Track Order page.
A few things worth knowing
- We ship pan-India via Delhivery, Blue Dart and India Post, selected by PIN code reachability.
- During major sales and festivals (Diwali, Rakhi, year-end), delivery may take 2-3 extra working days.
- Address and PIN code can’t be edited once the order is handed over to the courier. Reach us within 2 hours of placing the order for changes.
- If delivery is attempted and no one is available, the courier will usually re-attempt the next working day for up to 3 attempts.
