Creative Embellishment is a handcrafted bags label based in Mumbai, India. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to this business and the people operating this website.

- Payments: handled entirely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card number, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
- Browsing: pages visited, products viewed and the device you’re on - used to improve the site.
- Marketing: if you subscribe to our newsletter, your email is stored for sending you updates (via Mailjet).
How we use it
- Process and ship your orders, raise invoices and provide customer support.
- Send transactional messages - order confirmation, dispatch, delivery updates.
- Share occasional offers and new arrivals (only if you’ve opted in).
- Keep the site secure and prevent fraud.
- Comply with Indian tax and consumer protection law.
Who we share with
- Shipping partners: Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post - name, phone, address and order items are shared only to deliver your order.
- Payment gateway: Razorpay - necessary payment details to process the transaction.
- Email service: Mailjet - your email address, for transactional and (opt-in) marketing emails.
- We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
Cookies

Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

Retention
Order and billing records are kept for the period required by Indian tax law (currently 8 years). Account information is kept while your account is active and for 2 years thereafter, unless you ask us to delete sooner.
